The easiest way to set annual open enrollment dates is through the Enrollment Dashboard, but you can also set open enrollment dates for a specific employee from the "Your Team" page.

To set annual open enrollment dates:

Under the "Enrollment" section of the left hand navigation, click "Enrollment Dashboard".

Annual open enrollment periods can be set at the top of the dashboard.

You can set open enrollment dates per product or for all products by selecting an option from the drop-down.

Enter in start and end dates (A), click "Required" (B), and then click "Set" (C).

To set open enrollment dates for a specific employee (i.e. open enrollment for a specific employee and product based on a qualifying life event):

From "Your Team" page, click into the employee you would like to open enrollment for.

Click on the "Products" tab for the specific employee.

You can select to open enrollment for all products, just  enter the start and end date for the open enrollment window.

Click "Required" (A), then click "Save" (B).
