When you add a new employee, on the "finalize" step, a welcome email will automatically pop up and prompt you to send it to your new hire. To change which of your email templates automatically pops up when adding a new hire, follow the below steps:

Click on the "Settings" page (A), under the "Company" section of the left hand navigation, click "Advanced" (B).

Type the name of the template you wish to use as the default new hire welcome email, in the text box to the right of "default_newhire_template" (A), and click "Save" (B).

Please note that the template name you type here must match exactly to a template name stored under your Email Templates. To learn more about managing email templates, click here.
