Set up notifications for your Health Advocate integration to ensure you get notified on the status of your weekly sync. There are two notifications that are helpful to manage your Health Advocate integration:

  • Health Advocate Integration - fileSentError: Notifies the appropriate person when there is an error sending the file to Health Advocate. If you receive this notification, please contact Maxwell Customer Support at support@maxwellhealth.com or (866) 629-7445.

  • Health Advocate Integration - fileSent: Notifies the appropriate person when a file is sent to Health Advocate
     

We recommend that you set up the fileSentError notification. We consider it optional to set up the fileSent notification, as you can assume the file was sent as long as you did not receive a fileSentError notification.
 

Please note that:

  • You can also always view the status of your syncs, and a record of every sync that has occurred in the integration log, which can be found under Settings > Integrations > Health Advocate under Current Integrations tab > Details > Log.

  • Setting notifications can only be done once the integration has been added by Maxwell Health. Read more about the Health Advocate integration setup process.

  • When adding notifications, do not select All Integrations as a notification type. This functionality is not supported in the Health Advocate integration.
